August 19th, 1915 : Enlisted in Toronto, Ontario in B section the 2nd ambulance depot. He lied about his age at enlistment

November 11th : Promoted corporal

December 1st : Promoted lance sergeant

March 29th, 1916 : Sailed from Canada, arrived in England on April 13th. Taken on strength at Dibgate as a sergeant on March 14th. Requested to be reverted to the rank of private on March 15th.

June 8th : Transfer to CAMC training school overseas. Take on strength at the 1st Canadian General Hospital on June 9th. Temporary attached to the 7th Canadian Stationary Hospital

January 1st, 1917 : Granted the good conduct badge

January 1st, 1919 : Transferred to England

February 25th : Embarked in Liverpool on SS Megantic. Arrived in Halifax on March 5th.

April, 1st : Discharged in Toronto

October 13th, 1950 : Died
